when can i shop?

we are preparing our first collection. styles marked sold out are not currently available to order. join the list on our homepage for launch updates. joining the list does not reserve an item or place an order.

will sold-out styles return?

our collections are produced in limited runs. we cannot promise that every size, colour or print will be restocked.

how do i choose a size?

start with our size guide and the information on the individual product page. contact us with your measurements if you need help.

how do i care for my pieces?

follow the care label for your specific garment. rinse swimwear after swimming, avoid rough surfaces and let it dry completely before storing it. contact us if you are unsure about a fabric or finish.

where do you ship?

once orders open, we offer domestic and worldwide shipping to destinations supported at checkout. rates depend on destination, and customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes. see shipping & delivery for details.

can i change an order?

email admin@eliolido.com with your order number as soon as possible. changes depend on the order's processing status and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

how do returns work?

my order has a problem. who can help?

contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. for an incorrect or damaged item, retain the packaging and include photos so we can investigate.

how do i stop marketing emails?

can i use a discount on sale items?

discount codes do not apply to already reduced items unless the promotion says otherwise.

how are your pieces made?

our swimwear and underwear are handcrafted in limited runs using italian fabrics. the finished garments are imported.

are the fabrics italian?

yes. we use italian fabrics, selected for their feel, performance and finish. fabric origin and garment manufacturing location are different: our garments are made outside italy.
