returns & exchanges

eligibility

eligible returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. items must be unused and unwashed, with original packaging and tags. try swimwear over your own underwear.

refunds and exchanges

eligible full-price merchandise qualifies for a refund to the original payment method. underwear and sale merchandise qualify for exchange or store credit only. thongs and clearance items are final sale. exchanges depend on stock.

promotions

promotional pricing is retained on exchanges within 14 days of receipt. later exchanges use full pricing. refunds and credits reflect applicable discounts.

international returns

eligible international returns receive a refund or store credit rather than an exchange. underwear and sale merchandise remain store-credit only. duties and taxes are not refunded by us.

item issues

report damaged or incorrect items with photos and your order number. statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
